Giving adults the literacy tools needed to navigate demands in a world of change.
Are you an adult who wants to read or write better? The Northwoods Regional Adult Literacy Council (NRALC) is a nonprofit, volunteer-led organization that offers free, 1-to-1 tutoring for adults in the Rhinelander area. Tutors provide a customized learning plan for each student based on their unique needs. Students and tutors meet at the Rhinelander District Library on a regular basis.
